Whole Foods was experiencing damage throughout their back room and had no existing strategy for protection. As their stores aged, they were experiencing damage to their racks, exposed wall corners, loading dock doors, and refrigeration coolers. Whole Foods was spending a noticeable amount of money in these stores to repair damages, which comes from the store Team Leaders, affecting their bottom line. Damage costs were estimated at $5,000-$10,000 per year.

McCue visited many Whole Foods stores with high level decision makers in GA, TN, and NC to assess the damage, and come up with a cost-eff ective solution. We suggested using Loading Dock Door Protectors (LDP’s)FlexCore BollardsRack Mount Guards, and Box Rail. Trusting McCue’s guidance, Whole Foods installed all of our suggested products in every store opened in the Roswell, GA Division. Their back rooms (and budget) are now fully protected from damage.
