ChannelIT

ChannelIT provides a browser-based origination tool for use by your remote sales force as well as your broker/dealer network and vender partners. With ChanneIIT's seamless interface to LeasePak, your deal originators as well as your staff will have instant access to all documents as well as customer, asset, terms, and deal acceptance information, cutting turnaround times and eliminating redundant data keying and reducing errors.

ViewIT

The ViewIT module is a web-based data warehousing and comprehensive reporting tool for LeasePak. ViewIT expands the reporting functions included in the LEASEPAK/UX Base System. This module provides the tools required to display browser -based strategic reports using the live data in the LeasePak database to assess performance, monitor compliance, and manage risk across the asset finance enterprise. In addition, The ViewIT module includes a data warehousing functionality that allows the user to display and analyze trends, using longitudinal data across multiple weeks, months, or years.

ServIT

LeasePak's ServIT enables lessors to offer their lessees the convenience of web-based account self-management. Reduce help desk costs as customers use the Web to check payments, update account information, request payoff quotes, etc.

DocIT

The DocIT module is LeasePak's Web document generation module. It provides the ability to generate private-label lease and loan documentation based on your own templates, generating the documents in either Microsoft Word or Adobe PDF format for immediate web delivery to originators. Using real-time data in the LeasePak database, DocIT streamlines origination processes with true automation of all lease documentation. DocIT also provides a document management solution, allowing all documents (whether internally generated or externally delivered) to be archived and attached to the lease/loan contract for instantaneous retrieval throughout the lease/loan lifecycle.

LinkIT

The LinkIT module is comprised of a suite of accepted and SOA (Service-Oriented Architecture) interfaces. These integration applications allow the user to add, update, or delete (as defined by business rukes and security configuration) application, asset, insurance, and LeasePak notebook data directly within the LeasePak database. Using XML and WSDL, LinkIT interfaces provide database connectivity without using the LeasePak client or ChannelIT interface, providing a bridge between custom or legacy front ends and LeasePak. Use of the SOA technology minimizes resource requirements for client-level desktop support, version management, and enterprise application integration.
